Iron GM Games is brought to you by Rone Barton and Lou Agresta, the same duo who produce the international Iron GM tournament.

For over ten years, Iron GM has sought and tested the world’s greatest Game Masters as they improvise powerful adventures and captivate their players.

THE MINDS BEHIND IRON GM

Lou Agresta

Lou has authored, edited, and developed over 1 million words for the likes of Paizo Publishing, Frog God Games, Rogue Genius Games, Goodman Games, and more. His work includes the five time Ennie-nominated Razor Coast as well as Heart of the Razor, its award-winning companion volume. He is the author of cyberpunk novel Club Anyone, set in the acclaimed Interface Zero game world. Together, he and collaborator Rone Barton co-host the Iron GM competitive RPG tournament and co-founded Iron GM Games.

Rone Barton

Rone Barton began gaming at the age of six and then in his teens sold his very first professional submission to Dragon magazine. He won two gold ENnie awards in 2010. One for Best Podcast: Atomic Array, and one for Best Electronic Book: The Great City Player’s Guide. Aside from writing for Iron GM Games, he’s also game designed for TSR, Frog God Games, Goodman Games, 0one Games, Gunmetal Games and Terra/Sol Games. Rone co-produces and co-hosts the Iron GM Tournament which tours conventions around the land in search of the world’s greatest game masters. In 2008, he launched the oft award nominated Atomic Array podcast and then created three new podcasts, the award-nominated Open Design Podcast and Iron GM Podcast, and RPG Countdown. He is the current Director of Communications at Lone Wolf Development, the company that brings you Hero Lab, Realm Works, and Army Builder.
